The website gpcigar is the online store, which constitutes the online presence of the company with the Distinctive title GP CIGAR ACCESSORIES M. IKE, wholesale-retail trade of smoking items & accessories, with VAT number: 801703020, DOU: ΙΒ' of Athens and no.: GEMI 161800401000. The headquarters of the company, which will henceforth be called THE COMPANY, is located in Athens at 37 Papadiamantopoulou Street, in the Ilisia area (near Alexandra Hospital), ground floor store, PO Box 11528 ATHENS, tel: 210-7708850, FAX : 210-7792552 by e-mail: sales@cigaraccessories.gr
This particular online store (e-shop) offers to all our customers, as well as to all internet users, products that it imports itself but also procures from official manufacturers, distributors-agents or resellers in Greece and we send them to Greece.
Our gpcigar online store and the services offered through it are intended exclusively for adults over 18 years of age. Minors are prohibited from using or visiting it, as well as entering into transactions. We bear absolutely no responsibility for any visit to and use of this website by minors, since we cannot verify the identity of incoming users/visitors.
The user/visitor makes his purchases online by purchasing one of the products already available on our website, or by placing an order if the product is not available and by contacting the company's e-mail.

All the contents of the site are the intellectual property of Cigar Accessories and are protected by Greek and International Legislation.

4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In order to carry out any transaction through the online store ( www.gpcigar.gr ) of our Company and to place orders for the company's products, the disclosure of some personal information will be requested from the customer. When placing the order, the full name, the shipping address of the products, the billing address of the order (in case it is different from the shipping address), the invoicing information (in case an invoice version has been selected), the a contact telephone number, your electronic address (e-mail) and in cases where the payment is made by credit card, the number, the expiry date of the card and the three-digit security code. Along with these details, when creating a user account, the access code to these services is also requested. The credit card details are not stored in the company's storage media during the transaction, but are registered directly in a secure environment of the cooperating banking institution that has undertaken the routing of the cards.
