The cancellation, return and withdrawal policy concerns the consumer's right to cancel an order or return a product. In Greece, the right of withdrawal allows the consumer to withdraw from the purchase (e.g. remotely or outside a commercial store) without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product, without being obliged to pay any consideration, unless this is expressly provided for in exceptions.
Key points of the policy:
• Right of withdrawal: It is provided to the consumer for purchases made remotely or outside a commercial store.
• Deadline: The consumer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from his purchase.
• Method of exercise: The declaration of withdrawal is made in writing or on another durable medium, such as a withdrawal form or a clear statement by the consumer.
• Evidence: The burden of proof of the exercise of the right is borne by the consumer.
• Return costs: The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the products to the company, unless they are defective products or incorrect shipment by the company.
• Refund: The supplier is obliged to refund the money within 14 days from the day he was informed of the consumer's decision.
• Order cancellation: Cancellation can be made before the delivery of the products.
Cases in which the right of withdrawal does not apply:
• Goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
• Suppliers of goods that have been unsealed after delivery.
• Goods that are mixed with others or are inseparably bound to them, such as sprays with opened security.
• Goods related to personal protection that cannot be reused.
